Introduction
The ward takes its name from one of the eastern gates in London’s former defensive wall and is home to Liverpool Street station, Broadgate Circle and Heron Tower. As the number of candidates for Common Councillor is the same as the number of vacancies, there will be no election in the ward this year. However, registered voters are encouraged to attend the wardmote, details of which are below.
